Blue Prescribing Project Delivered with Mental Health Foundation. Our research has shown that simply being in nature for ten minutes can have a beneficial effect on people self-reporting stress. But nature isn’t always easy to access,
and you may not know where to start. This is where the Blue Prescribing Project (BPP) comes in. If you or someone you know are experiencing mental or emotional ill health, loneliness, or difficulties finding meaningful social connection, and live
somewhere with little access to nature. This free programme could help you reconnect to the natural world and improve your wellbeing. The Blue Prescribing Project is actively taking referrals, and self- referrals from those living in London.
