Additional Information:
We are inviting people to bring along a picnic as plastic-free as possible – using recyclable or re-usable cutlery and cups, trying to use as little packaging as possible.
There will be a Big Green Kids Quiz, and a Big Green Suggestions Board where people can pin up ideas to help us all live a bit more sustainably.
There will be live music from the Richmond Brass Band as well as a number of local bands and singer-songwriters.
There will be free bouncy inflatables and facepainters, plus traditional village fete attractions such as Tin Can Alley (with recycled tin cans!) and egg and spoon and sack races and of course a tug of war!
