Additional Information:
Our new temporary exhibition, Every Object Tells A Story, showcases some of the newest acquisitions to the Museum’s local history collections over the past 2 years.
The vast majority of the objects that come into the Museum are donated by local residents keen on preserving a little piece of Borough history
It is the Museum’s job to keep the objects safe for future generations, and use them to tell the story of the people who live here.
“We never know what is going to arrive at the front desk. This exhibition gives an idea of the breadth of artefacts donated and explores some of the stories they tell.”
