‘Kimjang’ is the Korean term for the process of preparation and preservation of the nation’s signature dish, Kimchi (fermented cabbage).
there will be a free cooking demonstration and Kimchi making class as well as various cultural and audience participation programmes,
including photo exhibitions and talks by nutrition experts.
There will also be a children’s treasure hunt and Korean food stalls at the New Malden High Street.
