Stephen Firth, Garden Designer is giving a talk on "Designing Small Gardens". Stephen, a 4 times Gold Medal winner
at RHS Chelsea, including Best in Show, studied at Merrist Wood College in the 1970's when "garden design"
was in its embryonic days. He ran is own business before moving into teaching. At Brinsbury College he set up the
first garden design programme, becoming Head of Horticulture, before joining the staff at Merrist Wood College in 2006.
